Important Notes
New Customers Only: To benefit from this offer, you must issue a new SIM card. This package cannot be activated on an existing mobile number.
Requirements: A valid National ID/Iqama and an active Absher account are mandatory for activation.
Age Limit: Must be 18 years or older.
Residency Rules (For Expats): The applicant must not have more than two SIM cards (voice or data) registered under their name. This requested SIM must be the second one at most.
No Cancellations: The SIM card cannot be canceled once it has been officially activated in the user's name.
Activation Hours: Processing occurs during official working hours, daily from 4:00 PM to 10:45 PM, based on request priority.
